Las mamás picantes... The Spice Mums...

Desde el primer momento me encantó el videoclip "Mama" de Spice Girls. Me enamoró la idea de incorporar sus fotos y grabaciones de cuando eran pequeñas, y también a sus madres reales. Una idea muy sencilla pero a la vez tierna, y puesto que funcionó con mi mamá, creo que las chicas en aquel entonces se ganaron a los corazones de todas las madres del mundo.
I loved the Spice Girls video "Mama" from the very first moment. I felt in love with the idea of using their own pictures and films from when they were little girls and especially of making their mums star in the video. A very simple idea but at the same time very tender, and since this video worked well with my mum, I believe these five girls just won the hearts of all mothers around the globe.



Y ahora, unos cuantos años después, me volvieron a emocionar a lo bestia. Cuatro de ellas son madres y decidieron subir al podium acompañadas de sus pequeños. Estoy emocionadísima y seguro que más lo están las que en aquel entonces eran madres y ahora ya son abuelas. Y me refiero tanto a las mamás de las chicas picantes, como a todas aquellas que veían los programas musicales con sus hijas, porque salía "el videoclip de la madre".
And now, some years later, they made me feel the same of even more. Four of them are mothers now and decided to invite their children on stage. I'm thrilled and I believe those that knew "Mama" as mothers and now are grannies are moved even more. And I'm reffering to both the mothers of the spice girls, as well as those that were watching the music programmes with their daughters because of "the mothers' videoclip".
