Love her shoes: Lady Gaga & Manish Arora Fall 2009

Su estrella está subiendo como la espuma. Lo que a mí personalmente me gusta de esta terremoto rubia (y cuidado con los chistes que la niña no tiene ni un pelo de tonta) es que es muy creativa. Mucha gente la sigue por su música, otros tantos porque donde Lady Gaga nunca falla es en sorprender continuamente con sus looks que no todo el mundo entiende como parte de su personaje y los que reciben adjetivos de todo tipo y no todos positivos. Aquí la tenemos después de haber recibido el Premio por el mejor videoclip internacional del año durante los Much Music Video Awards 2009. Vestida en un vestido hecho de pelo...

Lady Gaga attended Much Music Video Awards 2009 to both give us one of her best performances ever and get her International Video of the Year Award for her "Poker Face" video. What I personally love is how creative this blonde earthquake is. Many people follow her for her music, many others because where Lady Gaga never fails is in giving us constant surprises with her looks that not everybody understands as a part of her character and that receive all kind of adjectives and not all of them positive. No sé si el vestuario lo diseñó, una vez más, Lady Gaga ni si está hecho de pelo natural. Me parece un disfraz divertido, incluyendo el cachorro, aunque no tengo ganas de probarlo ni de tocarlo. Lo que sí que ya probé, acaricié y añadí a mi colección virtual son sus zapatos. ¿Qué te parecen?

Don't know whether Lady Gaga's dress was, as almost usual, designed by herself. Neither I know whether her costume, including the blond puppy, were made from natural hair. What I do know I don't feel like touching it or trying it. But what I've already tried, caress and included to my virtual collection are her shoes. What do you think?

Me encantan. Ya me estoy imaginando todos los looks que voy a complementar con estas joyitas. Pero como ahora hace calor, antes de los botines de Manish Arora, estrenaré mis sandalias Biriba de la colección House of Cards de Roger Vivier.

Love them. And can already imagine how many looks I'm going to complete with these jewels. But since here in Spain is quite warm now, the marvels I'm adding to my collection before Manish Arora's booties, are Biriba Sandals from Roger Vivier's Fall 2009 House of Cards collection.

Simplemente no me puedo resistir. No me digas que no son como un Ferrero Rocher. Y con estas maravillas ya llevo dos pares de la misma colección (las plataformas "Oh-Hell" que probé con los vestidos de Manish Arora me quedaron divinas).

These are simply irresistible. Like Ferrero Rocher... This is my second virtual pair of shoes from the same collection (the "Oh-Hell" platforms looked sooo divine with those Manish Arora dresses I tried the other day).

Celebrity Shoes: Charlize Theron & Roger Vivier

Charlize sigue alegrando los habitantes y visitantes de Venecia con su presencia y los amantes de moda no presentes en Venecia, con su "pasarela". Ayer incluso hubo dos cambios de vestuario. Pero no voy a hablar de ellos, sino de sus sandalias negras que eligió tanto para completar su vestido de Gucci, como este modelito de Versace (que la verdad no me dice mucho y Charlize con el cuerpo que tiene, el estilazo y las posibilidades pudo haber elegido otra cosa de todo el mar de marvillosos vestidos que están a su alcance).

Charlize keeps making Venice habitants and visitors happy with her presence and fashion lovers with her red carpet catwalk. Yesterday she even rocked two outfits but I'm not going to talk about them but about her sxy black sandals she's chosen to wear with both her Gucci and this Verace dresses (this one honestly doesn't tell me anything and Charlize with her body, style and possibilities could have chosen much better).

Aún no he vuelto pero he encontrado unas horitas, gracias al mal tiempo, para compartir contigo mis nuevas observaciones. Empezamos por Beyoncé. Estas fotos son de la semana pasada.

Not back from hols yet but, thanks to this grey rainy day, I found some hours to share my new observations with you. Let's start with Byonc'e. The pictures are from the last week.



Vamos por partes. En ambas fotos Bee vuelve a lucir su bolso favorito de Dolce & Gabbana.

En la primera, además, confirma su entrada al Club de las Gafas Rojas que ya tiene muchas pero muuuchas celebres socias.

The first one is also her confirmation of being a new member of the Red Sunglasses Club that has already welcomed a lot but a looot of famous members.





Los zapatos rojos que lleva en la misma foto, primero pensaba que son de Dior (y no serían los primeros), que para la temporada de Otoño de este año (como Alexander McQueen en la temporada de Primavera), diseñó unas maravillas con puntas metálicas y otras con adornos metálicos en la parte frontal y en el tacón.

When I saw the red metallic toe shoes she wears on the first photo, I was thinking about Dior (would not be her first pair), that for this Fall season designed (same as Alexander McQueen did for the Spring season) these fabulous shoes with metallic toes and embelishments.

Pues volviendo a los zapatos rojos de Beyoncé, son Patent Steel Toe Pumps de Giuseppe Zanotti y además de los rojos hay unos cuantos estilos más para elegir. ¿Te gustan tanto cómo a mí?

So back to Beyoncé red pumps. They are Patent Steel Toe Pumps by Giuseppe Zanotti and on top of her red ones there are many more styles to chose from. Love them as much as I do?



El ojo observador de mi amiga Chi-Chi se ha fijado en que los zapatos que Beyoncé lleva en la segunda foto, son los mismos que hemos visto en los pies de Alicia Keys. Pues estas joyitas son de Roger Vivier y sí, me gustan mucho mucho.

And the observer eye of my friend Chi-Chi spotted, that the shoes Beyoncé is wearing on the second picture are the same Alicia Keys wore. So these jewels - needless to say I love them - are by Roger Vivier.

Seguramente te sonarán sus ballerinas con hebilla, que llevó Catherine Deneuve en la película Belle Du Jour en el año 1967, cuando incluso recibieron el apodo "Belle Vivier". O los tacones curvados - otro de los signos específicos de la marca.
What will most probably ring the bell, are his ballerinas with pilgrim buckle, worn by Catherine Deneuve in the 1967 movie, Belle Du Jour, where they got the nick "Belle Vivier". Or the curved heels - other trademark of the house.





Los zapatos de esta casa son unas obras de arte. Este año me impactó la colección Rose'n'Roll. Sandalias inspiradas en rosas (incluso tienen espinas en los tacones)... son una pasada, ¿verdad?
The shoes from this brand are works of art. This year I was impressed by the collection Rose'n'Roll. Sandals inspired in roses (they even have thorns on the heels)... to die for, aren't they?




Además de zapatos, la firma lanzó su linea de gafas de sol. Los reconocerás por la hebilla.
