Igual te acordarás que la fundadora de este club fue Cassie. La colección de Yves Saint Laurent de esta temporada incluye, entre otras maravillas, sandalias de charol Folies y ella optó por la versión más impactante y sxy.

I'm quite sure you'll remember the founder of this club being Cassie. Yves Saint Laurent Fall 2008 collection includes, among other feet wonders, also pantent leather Folie Sandals and she opted for the most impressive and sxy version.


Jennifer Lopez eligió el mismo modelo pero solamente con dos medallones y en un tono que hace que esta joya (y me refiero a los zapatos, no a Jennifer) sea mucho menos visible.

La siguiente fashion queen lo que tiene en común con Jennifer, además de pertenecer a este club, es que también tiene su linea de bolsos bajo la marca Samantha Thavasa. Tinsley Mortimer adquirió otro de los modelos Folies de YSL. También en charol, en forma de botín, con un tribu medallón de adorno. Y como repitió en varias ocasiones podemos observar lo que llamo "efecto negativo": si llevas los botines con una falda por debajo de las rodillas, tus piernas ópticamente parecen mucho más cortas.

Tinsley Mortimer, New York's pre-eminent young socialite, prefered another Folies Sandals. These sandals - booties are also in patent leather adorned with one Tribal inspired medallion. And since she wore it in several occasions, we can observe what I call "negative effect": if you wear booties combined with a below the knees dress/skirt, your legs optically look shorter.

Celebrity Trend: Hervé Léger skirt & Tank combo

Hace poco hablé de una de las combinaciones favoritas de Rihanna. Y parece que aquí tenemos una nueva tendencia de las jóvenes estrellas: conjuntos de minifalda, concretamente de Hervé Léger, y camiseta sin mangas. Cassie, aunque también optó por una camiseta negra, por lo menos eligió este espectacular par de sandalias de Yves Saint Laurent. Dawn Richard no se comió mucho la cabeza y directamente copió el look de Rihanna.

Some days ago I was talking about one of Rihanna's favourite combination. And here we have what seems to be a new trend among the young celebrities: Mini-skirt, specifically by Hervé Léger, and a tank top. Cassie, even though she also opted for a black tank top, at least has chosen these fabulous sandals by Yves Saint Laurent. Dawn Richard didn't give it too much thought and directly copied Rihanna's look.
