Sxy Fashion Queen: Sex and the City (of Berlin).

Ayer os dejé con una de las primeras fotos. Tengo alguna más aunque me parece que este acontecimiento no trajo tanto interés de medios pero sí de los incondicionales fans de la serie y nuestro cuarteto espectacular. Una vez más me llevé cuatro sorpresas y una vez más mi veredicto es que aunque guapísimas, los modelitos elegidos no eran lo que esperaba. Pero siempre nos queda el grandísimo estreno en NY y la esperanza que para el gran streno de este verano lucirán algo grande.
I left you with one of the first pictures yesterday. Even though I've got some more my impression is that this event didn't attract such a big media attention as the one in London but it did attracted the attention of the unconditional fans of the serie and of our amazing quartet. Once again four surprises for me and once again my overall feedback is that even though I found all four of them stunning on the fuxia carpet, the dresses were not what I expected. But we still have the biggest premiere in NY and also the hope that for the big even they will rock something really big.

Kristin con el vestido verde Oscar de la Renta para mí era un déjà vu. La misma cuidad, también un estreno, el mismo vestido (aunque en un color diferente). Todo hay que decirlo, esta elección me gustó mucho más que la anterior.
Kristin with her green Oscar de la Renta dress was a déjà vu for me. The same city, also a premiere, the same dress (in a different colour). Things as they are, I loved this choice of Kristin much more than the previous one in London.

Sarah Jessica con su vestido de Versace me recordó a Carrie vestida de Donna Karan en la segunda temporada. La forma de su vestido estructurado me gusta mucho pero desde siempre siento cero por los colores carne por mucha tendencia que sean. De un verde pálido a un nude... Ayayaaay... Me no likey.
Sarah Jessica with her Versace dress reminded me of Carrie dressed in Donna Karan in the second season. The fit of this well structured dress I like it very much but since always I feel just nothing for the nude colours even though they are trendy. From a pale green to a nude... Ooh... Me no likey.

Cynthia me sorprendío con su elección para Londres, este vestido es más de lo mismo. Bonito, negro, largo, sxy... pero sin el efecto wau que causó en Londres.
Cynthia surprised me with her choice for London, but this dress is more of the same. Nice, black, long, sxy... but now without that wow efect she's cause in London.

Kim... ay Kim... no tengo palabras. ¿Qué quería decir la modelo con el modelito? ¿Por si no os fijastéis estoy aquí?
Kim... oh Kim... I'm speechless. What did the model want to tell us with her choice? Something like if you didn't realize I'm here?

Dicho esto quedan 13 días. Menos de dos semanas y pasado mañana, en la cadena HBO, saldrá a la luz el corto de "Como se rodó...". Espero poder compartirlo con tigo cuanto antes.

No la tengo en alta resolución pero por lo que se puede apreciar, el vestido de Miranda podría ser de Zac Posen (el mismo que lució Rihanna en Grammy Awards). Y el de Carrie podría ser el mismo vestido de Marchesa que apareció en el escaparate Navideño de la tienda oficial de HBO. ¿No te parece?
Don't have it in high res but I think Midanda's dress could be by Zac Posen (the same one Rihanna rocked at Grammy Awards). And Carrie's could be by Marchesa. The same one that appeared in the official HBO shop Xmas shop window. Don't you think so?

Después de haberme comprado la última temporada en DVDs, invertí en "Kiss and Tell", el libro - la biblia - sobre la serie que incluye todos las temporadas y lo llevo conmigo vaya a donde vaya. Ya me lo sé de memoria pero es como no sé... como estar más cerca de todo lo que pasó durante el rodaje, las sesiones de prueba de vestuario, los modelitos y los diseñadores, lo que pasó delante y detrás de las camaras... Está genial.
After having bought the last season on DVDs, I ordered "Kiss and Tell" - the book about the serie that includes all the 6 seasons and I take it with me wherever I go. I know it by heart already but is like I don't know... like being closer to all that happened during the shoot, costume fit sessions, the outfits and the designers, behind the scenes shots and info... Is terrific.
