El pasado lunes Eva Longoria acudió a Wisteria Lane, aunque no para seguir el rodaje de la serie, sino para anunciar los nominados a los premios Alma. Vestida de niña buena en un vestidito de Gustavo Cadile.
On Monday, Eva Longoria visited Wisteria Lane although not for a shooting day but to announce Alma Awards nominees. Looking like a good girl in this Gustavo Cadile lace dress.



Cuando fui a visitar la página del diseñador para ver la foto del vestido y de paso ver la colección que, confieso, no conocía, me llevé una sorpresa. Sabía que su vestido de la gala de Philanthropic Summit era también de Gustavo Cadile, ...
When I visited the official site of the designer to find a picture of the dress and see the whole collection that, I confess, I didn't know, I discovered a very interesting news. I knew the dress she wore during the Philanthropic Summit 2007 Evening Gala was also by Gustavo Cadile, ...



... pero lo que no sabía era que muchos de los vestidos que lució en diferentes eventos (y seguro que estos no son todos...), incluyendo dos de la entrega de los Premios Alma del año pasado (los primeros dos), y el amarillo de la fiesta de bienvenida de los Beckham, también eran del mismo diseñador Argentino.
... but what I didn't know was that many of the dresses she wore to different events (and I'm sure below are not all of them...), including a couple of dresses she rocked during last year Alma Awards (the first two), and the yellow one she wore to Beckham's Welcome Party, all of them were also  from the same Argentinian designer.






Incluso en su última entrevista para la revista InStyle mencionó que este vestido negro es una de sus prendas favoritas, mejor dicho su "favorito absoluto".
She even mentioned this black dress in her last InStyle interview, as one of her favourite pieces of clothing, to be precise "her absolute favourite".




Eva no es la única fashion queen que se dejó seducir por los diseños de Gustavo Cadile, aunque lo suyo comparado con las de más - y Catherine Zeta-Jones, Kate Walsh, Jewel y Geena Davis solamente sol algunas de ellas - es un verdadero amor. 
Eva is not the only fashion queen that loves Gustavo Cadile's designs, even though her relation with the designer comparing to the rest of the girls - Catherine Zeta-Jones, Kate Walsh, Jewel and Geena Davis are only some of them, is a real love.




Tomo nota. Y a ver si para la entrega de los premios el 12 de Septiembre, a la que Eva una vez más acudirá como presentadora, volverá a elegir alguna de las creaciones de uno de sus diseñadores preferidos. Te mantendré al tanto.

Cover Girl: Rihanna for InStyle, part II.

Tengo que confesar - bueno ya lo hice en la primera parte - que me esperaba más de esta sesión de fotos. Más aún cuando me enteré de que una gran parte de la entrevista con Rihanna, la dedicarán a "romper las reglas". Interesante y prometedor, pensaba. Aunque hay cositas sueltas, para mi no supieron aprovechar "el personaje" y desde luego no demostraron que "las reglas están para romperlas". Ya me dirás si estás de acuerdo o no.

I have to confess - well I did it already in the first part - I've been expecting a lot from this photo session. Even more when I found out the big part of the interview with Rihanna is focused on "breaking the rules". Interesting and promising, I thought. Even though there are some nice pieces, for me they were not able to make the most of the "character" and I didn't find any huge demonstration of "rules were meant to be broken". Let's see whether you agree with me or not.

Este vestido creo que es de Fendi. Como en muchas ocasiones las celebrities llevan modificaciones de lo que se ha visto en la pasarela, una nunca está segura del todo.

This dress is Fendi Fall 2008 I think. Since celebrities use to wear modifications of the outfits we've seen during the catwalks, sometimes I'm not sure.
